A 17-year-old boy was shot in both legs on the East Side Friday after he and his friends and another group of men “stared each other down,” before one party became aggravated and came after the other.The news story says the two groups of people were merely staring at each other, and it doesn't seem as if there was any other provocation than that. I wonder if there's more to this story than what has been reported.
