Car crashes into house

A Jimmy takes on Jim's house, with predictable results.

Jim Wheeler said he was walking through his home when he heard tires squealing. Seconds later, his house shook and glass flew everywhere. "I didn't see the whole thing, but I was standing about 2 feet from that wall two minutes earlier,” he said.

The GMC Jimmy jumped the curb, hit a sign and sped across the back yard before smashing into the house, police said. It came to a rest on Wheeler’s bed.

Wheeler said he knows what would have happened had anyone been in the bed at the time. "They would have been dead,” he said.
