Someone who should have dressed a little more

Before he hit the road, at least.

Police stopped a wrong way driver on Loop 1604 and Judson Road early Friday morning.

Investigators say a man going the wrong way also had a flat tire as he drove on Loop 1604. He eventually stopped at a gas station off Judson Road where investigators found he had only a t-shirt on and no pants.

So how was he going to pay to get his flat fixed?
