About bicycle maintenance, that is.

The affidavit shows that a woman told detectives she was sitting in her car in a northeast side neighborhood June 2 when a man pedaled up on a bicycle, pointed a gun at her and demanded money.

The woman told investigators her neighbor began following the robber in his van. The affidavit shows when the suspect's bicycle gave out, he turned and fired a shot at the neighbor before running away on foot.

Detectives recovered the stolen bike at the scene. They said they tested it and found fingerprints matching those of [Brandon] Dobbins.
