A 18 wheeler with a load of vegetables on board flipped on a busy highway exchange Sunday morning.(from KSAT-12)
...
The rig driver wasn't hurt in the accident.
He'd been hauling a load of cauliflower when the truck flipped.
The only thing that would have made that better is if a truck full of ranch dressing had crashed right on top of it.

There's a bad grade in Oregon called Cabbage. It's one of the infamous grades that truckers have to navigate without burning out their brakes. I was told that long ago a truckload of cabbage overturned there. Some of them took root and they still grow there, and that's why it's called "Cabbage." I don't know if it's true, but it's a good story.
If you end up seeing vegetables growing at the intersection of IH-10 and Loop 410, now you will know why.
