SAN ANTONIO -- A 24-year-old driver allegedly slammed his car into the front of a home in the 400 block of Clark, on the city's east side, police said.(from KENS-5)
He then attempted to run from the scene. The crash happened around 2 a.m. Sunday.
"Allegedly slammed". Classic.

I know they try to keep it all legally correct and such, but sometimes, the combination of the car being in the house and the driver running from the scene no longer adds up to Alleged. But, I suppose his defense attorney will come up with a perfectly viable explanation. No doubt utilizing the "improper fencing" defense.
He should have parried instead of thrusting.
