Yea, whenever we get the little yellow tag on our door telling us it is "our turn" to put out the bulk trash, we see that truck and others in our hood.
Sometimes, they pull your junk away quicker than you can stack it up.
My wife and I refer to that practice as "neighborhood shopping." The guys that hit our streets at bulk pick-up time usually have a flat-bed trailer with them.
