Taking all the meaning away

OK, it's official: The concept of "awareness ribbons" now means officially nothing.

I saw one of these on a car today:

    Makes me long for the days when MAD magazine would include a sticker picture of a screw so you could stick it on top of the heart of that kind of thing.

    I wish I would have had one of those stickers at the time!

    Not that I would have used it, mind you. But it would be good to know that I have the option.
